While we don't want to get into a morass of legal definitions, here are a few
points you should understand and agree to before ordering:
Nothing in this online store should be construed as a legal contract or agreement.
Simply stated, you are saying "I'd like to buy these things if possible".
We are saying "We would probably like to sell them to you." However,
the following factors could negatively impact such a tranasaction taking place:
One or more items could be out of stock. If part of your order depends upon
the availability of one or more other items, it might be wise to contact us
and say so!
We could have technical difficulties receiving or processing your order. Please
ensure that we have correct contact information in case we need to get in touch.
Your payment might not be honoured. We reserve the right to take all legal
steps to recover monies owed and the expenses incurred in doing so.
We could make a mistake. You must contact us and allow us a reasonable opportunity
to rectify such mistakes before cancelling cheques or credit card payments.
We're doing everything we can to make using our site and shopping online a
safe and pleasant experience for everyone involved. If you have any concerns

Please Note that there is a minimum order value of £10 excluding carriage.
If your order is under £10 a £2 surcharge will be added at the checkout. We do not
currently process online orders under £5 (excluding carriage), due to time and costs
incurred in packing, processing and posting.
