Important Information:
In most instances your order will be despatched on the first business day after
your order is placed. However, we are closed on Sundays and Mondays, so orders
placed over a weekend will usually be sent on the following Tuesday. Don't forget
that orders sent by Parcel Force can take considerably longer than normal post.
Whilst we endeavour to keep the online store as up-to-date as possible, there
may be items that are out of stock when we receive your order. With a few exceptions,
we do not re-order printed papers, so it is unlikely that they will come back
into stock. Most other items will be restocked as soon as possible, but we remain
at the mercy of suppliers, freight companies, etc, so it's difficult to give
an accurate estimate on likely times for re-ordering. We do not currently operate
a backorder system - if an item is out of stock at the time you order, you will
need to re-order at a later date. Note that newly introduced items are often
difficult to restock at short notice.
The moral? If you like it, order it when you see it!
We try our best to ensure that the packaging we use protects your precious
papers, etc., and always send goods out in pristine condition. However, we cannot
accept liability for items damaged in transit. In this instance, you must contact
the post office. It is useful if you photograph visibly damaged packaging before
opening.
Postage is calculated by weight, with a maximum packing charge of 50p.

You are under no obligation to proceed beyond this point. Note that we are required to
charge VAT at 17.5% on postage. This is included in the postage rates quoted.
We regret we are no longer able to offer an international mail order service, as too many items are being lost in transit.
Goods that are faulty or not as described can, of course, be returned. Please
contact us for a return authorisation number. We cannot accept the return of
goods that you simply don't like.
Please Note that there is a minimum order value of £10 excluding carriage.
If your order is under £10 a £2 surcharge will be added at the checkout. We do not
currently process online orders under £5 (excluding carriage), due to time and costs
incurred in packing, processing and posting.
All prices include VAT at the rate currently applicable (17.5% on most items
except books).
